The cleaning courses of the Easy Life Academy take place in Dutch, French or English. Do you speak another language? No worries! One of our coaches will travel with you to the customer, where we demonstrate the cleaning techniques while doing. Together we always find a solution!
Anyone who starts at Easy Life follows a beginner's training on location as standard. In addition to cleaning techniques, you will learn everything about ergonomic cleaning, how we work at Easy Life and how to communicate politely but confidently with customers. And there is more: the Easy Life Academy continuously offers extra training (ironing, ergonomics, customer focus, etc.) so that you can refine your techniques à la carte.
As a household help, you follow cleaning courses at the Easy Life office where you are affiliated or in a nearby training room. Handy, such cleaning courses nearby: so, you don't have to move unnecessarily far.
Yes! The skills of our coaches extend beyond the training room. For difficult cleaning tasks, specific questions or complaints, we guide household helpers one-on-one at the customer's home.
